This Refund, Returns & Warranty Policy (“Policy”) applies to all purchases made from Glissi Pty Ltd (“Glissi”, “we”, “our”, “us”) via our online store at [insert domain].

5. RETURN PROCEDURE

6. ASSESSMENT & OUTCOME

Once your item is received, it will be inspected by our team.

If your claim is approved, we will repair, replace, or refund (including reasonable return postage costs if required by law).

If no fault is found, we may return the item to you at your cost.
7. PRODUCT WARRANTY
We provide a 12-month limited warranty from the date of purchase covering manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover:

Damage from misuse, accidents, neglect, or improper care

Cosmetic damage not affecting function

Consumable parts such as replacement floss heads
Where permitted by law, this warranty is in addition to, not instead of, your rights under the ACL.
8. LIABILITY LIMITATION
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to:
